It’s a fair bet many attendees of CivicCamp have never attended a democamp/barcamp-style “unconference” before and are surely wondering just what they’ve signed on for. Rather than prattle on about collaborative this and open-source that, I’d invite you to give a read to this Globe & Mail article about Toronto’s recent ChangeCamp, which was organized along similar lines with similar aims.
